SLYDOG Incorporated has developed a ski that uses (SNOW INDUCTION) to increase cornering, side hilling capability, as well as superior floatation in deep powder and enhanced trail handling. This is achieved by creating its own unique footprint that minimizes the tendency to hunt (follow existing snowmobile tracks). Snow Induction is achieved with the combination of the reverse angle keel and the channel, which narrows as it runs the length of the keel, compressing the snow against the reverse angle keel creating a solid base to corner against, as well as creating lift when you are in the powder.

Ski tip flotation has always been a problem in deep snow. Skis will dip under the snow and bog a snowmobile down just when it is extremely important that the ski tips get out of the snow as soon as possible and plane out. The Hammerhead ski tip extension provides this flotation at a very reasonable cost to the consumer. Stage 1 Sno-Eater Shark Fins come standard on the new USI X2 Triple Threat Ski. The Stage 1 Fins are classified as short, light, smooth and fast. Now with a completely new bottom design, the new SPX ski has 8 steps, 4 on each side, to decrease drag and increase speed without sacrificing corner control. With the built in flex points, the narrower tail and wider front section, the SPX Ski always has good contact to the snow for unsurpassed control with minimal steering effort. The keel has also been deepened by 3/16" to further improve corner bite without increasing steering effort. Initial testing of the SPX ski last winter showed a 2-4 mph increase in speed compared to the standard PX bottom. A virtually unbreakable plastic handle that conforms to ISR rules and stiffens the tip of the ski when entering a jump for stable take offs and landings is available. Pair of billet replacement domes for the Mach Z make approx 5 to 6HP in the motor and allow the sled to run more MPH on the top end. They also help stop some of the plug fouling issues with the stock configuration of the dome pockets.
Cudney Billet Cylinder Heads are done in black and have dome insert pockets, the head gives better cooling and makes approximately 5 HP more, it also allows the sled to run anywhere from 3 to 5MPH more on the top end. Will fit all Series III 600 HO motors including Carb & SDI.

If you really want to make your sled stand out, add on a set of Nasty Nuts. These will fit any wheel (plastic or other Billet Wheels) that use either a 6205 or 6004 bearing (see note below on this). They come with a threaded stud that will replace your existing idler wheel bolt (may not be required for front wheels), and the Nasty Nut will be the nut that holds on your idler wheel, ensuring that they will not come off like stock wheel caps.

Note: You will need a 1.5 inch wrench or socket to install these nuts.
Sizes: It is very hard for us to know what bolts are in every sled out there, we have listed the 2 common sizes for front and rear wheels, to verify what is in your machine you will have to take your existing bolts out. The length can be measured easily at home, but for the thickness & thread type you may have to take them to your local hardware store and match it up there.
Rear Wheels:
M10 x 20 mm (3/4 inch) coarse thread
3/8 x 3/4 inch coarse thread (16 pitch)
Front Wheels:
M8 x 100 mm (3 3/4 inch) coarse thread
5/16 x 3 3/4 inch coarse thread (18 pitch)
What they will fit:
These will fit over any wheel (all billets & stock) that uses a 6205 or 6004 bearing. Before ordering please inspect your wheel, if you bearing is flush to the front of the wheel (not sunk in) then you have no problem. If the front edge of your bearing is set back further into the wheel then nuts will have to be custom made.
