With the evolution of big lifts, portals, and large diameter wheels, the market needed a tire to follow suit.  The TR 171 is actually an agricultural tire believe it or not.  Its original intention was for tractors in soil tillage operations where fields can get quite sticky.  These tires just happened to be manufactured in the perfect sizes for these highly modified, big-wheeled machines.  Extraordinary popularity with the off-road community has been gained in a very short amount of time given their deep tread and excellent ability to self-clean in the muck.

Below we have a chart to review your options and their specs.  Each cell contains a link to the tires listed and all of the wheel and tire combinations we offer in that size.  When it comes to the width of the tire you choose, keep in mind the wider width options will better help keep your wheels protected from damage on the trail and in the pits.  Also keep in mind the higher the ply rating, the more puncture resistant the tire will be if your willing to sacrifice a few additional pounds of rubber.
