RETURN POLICY

  • No returns without prior authorization.
  • All returns must be approved within 30 days of the original order date.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, return it within 7 days of arrival and we will replace it at our expense.
  • If returning for any other reason, ship the product back in the original packaging within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund less a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is in place to help us recoup the original shipping & fulfillment costs.

    If you refuse a shipment, the cost for the carrier to ship the product back to us will also be deducted from your refund.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. If you are interested in discounted return shipping labels, contact our Customer Service team and they will be able to assist you. More often than not, we can save you money compared to purchasing labels from FedEx or UPS.
  • No returns on used products. If you have an issue with a product that was already installed and/or used, please contact our Customer Service team to inquire about warranty possibilities.
  • All returned items we receive that are used or damaged will be returned to the customer.
  • When purchasing wheels, test fit the wheels on the hub of the machine to ensure they fit your machine BEFORE mounting tires. Once tires are mounted to your new wheels, the wheels are no longer eligible to be returned.
  • If an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
